A federal court in the Southern District of Florida decided to recover from the Australian Craig Wright half of all bitcoins and intellectual property rights that he owned until 2014, the relatives of the deceased Dave Kleiman.
This, in particular, was written by the user of 22nd Century Crypto who was present at the meeting on Monday, August 26.

He also noted that Judge Bruce Reinhart rejected all of Craig Wright’s testimonies, suggesting that he provided knowingly false information and falsified the documents. At the same time, the judge refused to confirm or deny the version of whether Wright is the creator of Bitcoin, hiding behind the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto.
Note that prior to entry into force, this decision must also be approved by a senior federal district judge, while Wright cannot demand a review by a jury. The process, however, is quick, most likely will not be, since the Australian has the right to appeal.
Recall that in February 2018, Ira Kleiman, the brother of the late computer forensic scientist and mathematician Dave Kleiman, who is associated with the creation of bitcoin, sued Craig Wright, accusing him of misappropriating 1.1 million BTC, which allegedly belonged to Dave Kleiman.
In total, we are talking about an amount of about $ 10 billion, but, as noted by 22nd Century Crypto, if a higher court upholds the decision of Judge Bruce Reinhart, Ira Kleiman will have to pay a tax of 40% of the amount awarded to him.
This means that he will either have to find somewhere “free” $ 2 billion, or put up for sale a significant part of the coins awarded to him, which may negatively affect the price of cryptocurrency.
#BTC best be ready for a massive 500k #bitcoin dump.
Remember, Ira will have to pay taxes ??♂️ @BITMAINtech are you following? @Blockstream you ready? @binance brace yourself @cz_binance

Another problem is access to these assets. During one of the previous meetings in late June, Craig Wright was unable to provide evidence that he has access to coins associated with the creator of Bitcoin.
