Samsung has introduced the Galaxy S10, S10e and S10 + smartphones, confirming that the S10 model has a built-in cryptocurrency wallet , the South Korean corporation said in a statement.

Samsung Galaxy S10 supports Samsung Knox, which allows you to use hardware to store private keys. Developers will be able to create software shells to interact with the hardware of the device, and users can use them to store cryptocurrencies .

The official press release said :

"The Samsung Knox solution and hardware storage for mobile keychain-oriented private keys are built into the Galaxy S10."

Whether users will get access to the full-scale cryptocurrency shell from Samsung itself is unknown.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 uses the Exynos 9820 chip with support for the technology of the physically non-cloned function (PUF), which, according to IT expert Han Hoyon, makes it the best device for working with crypto-currency wallets.

In particular, PUF makes storing private keys much more secure than the alternatives offered by other mobile cryptographs.

Earlier, attempts to promote their gadgets among crypto lovers were made by HTC and Sirin Labs.
