American Dallas Mavericks Basketball Club will start accepting Bitcoin (BTC) as payment. Thus, it will become the second cryptocurrency NBA club.

With Bitcoin, fans will be able to pay for tickets to the game or purchase the Dallas Mavericks merchandise.

The solution for making payments on the MTC will provide BitPay cryptocurrency processing service.

It is worth noting that the owner of the club, Mark Kuban, announced at the beginning of last year that the team would start accepting bitcoins.

It is noteworthy that initially Kyuban considered bitcoin a “bubble”, but over time it radically changed its mind.

So, he recently compared bitcoin to gold , saying that the advantage of the first cryptocurrency is that its offer is strictly limited, while gold will continue to be mined.

Recall that the first NBA club to start working with Bitcoin was Sacramento Kings. The same club last year launched the MiningForGood charity program, within the framework of which Ethereum mining equipment was to be installed on the team’s home arena.
