The founder of the Singapore blockchain startups TenX Julian Hosp, probably involved in the activities of the Austrian financial pyramid Lyoness. This is reported by Breaker with reference to the “educational” video from Lyoness, allegedly voiced by the voice of Jospa.
Note that the video shows the personal logo of Josp, which allegedly was involved in the pyramid since 2011. The newspaper writes that Lyoness is recognized as an illegal fraudulent scheme by the Swiss Supreme Court, the Austrian Civil Court and the Norwegian Gambling Council, but continues to operate in other countries under the brands Cashback World, myWorld and Lyconet.
Austrian television channel ORF published an investigation into the activities of Lyoness six years ago. It can be found on the link [English subtitles are available].
As reported by The Financial Telegram , Josp tried to remove all public data linking it with Lyoness before conducting the TenX ICO.
The very tokensail took place in June 2017, when the project managed to collect 245,000 ETH, or almost $ 80 million at the rate at the time of the campaign, but the promised product – a debit card for calculating cryptocurrencies – is not functioning since Visa refused to service the corresponding payments for non-residents of the United States.
The project’s roadmap stated that in 2018 the TenX network would reach $ 1 billion in transaction volume and $ 20 billion in 2019. In addition, the whitepaper said that holders of PAY tokens will receive 0.5% of all payments on the platform monthly. These promises were not fulfilled.
