In Sweden, Norway and Denmark you can now buy Ethereum through the Opera

Users of Opera browser on Android-smartphones got the opportunity to buy Ethereum directly from the crypto-wallet embedded in the application.
The service is provided in cooperation with Safello crypto-brokerage service, which exchanges Fiat for digital currency . Credit and debit cards are available as well as some “trusted” payment systems. At the launch stage, access to the service is provided only to residents of Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Safello, regulated by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, will deal with customer verification. According to Opera, the transfer of the ether to the user's wallet occurs in less than 1 minute.

It is necessary to ensure the simplicity of their purchase and use in order to contribute to a wider dissemination of technology , ”said Charles Hamel, head of Opera’s cryptocurrency direction.
For a limited time, customers from Sweden will be able to enjoy a 2.5% discount from Safello, and customers from Norway and Denmark – a 5% discount, according to the announcement.
The launch of the Web 3.0-based version of Opera’s mobile browser took place last December. To date, it has implemented support for Ethereum , ERC20 tokens , collection items from the ERC721 standard, and decentralized applications.
