In Minsk, the blocking experts will discuss the state of the digital economy in Belarus

October 10 in Minsk will host a conference Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Belarus, organized by the international company Smile-Expo. Decree No. 8 "On the development of the digital economy" will be the main topic of discussion at the event.

Conference program:

• Manager for work with customers and partners Bitfury Herbert Shopnik will present a report on the effective use of blockage in the public and commercial sectors of the economy;
• Senior partner of Thompson & Stein Arthur Kuzmovski will tell you what legal norms apply to the crypto-currency market in European countries;
• Head of the company Synergis Vladimir Popov will give a lecture on the blockade and reputation systems, as well as analyze the main problems of the industry;
• Partner GMT Legal Dmitry Machikhin will share his knowledge about the legal aspects of token, including the process of choosing the optimal jurisdiction for the ICO;
• The blocking evangelist from the project team Bonex Sergey Bondarenko will talk about the benefits of tokenization in business.

In addition to speeches by speakers, a panel discussion with Belarusian financiers, lawyers and marketers is planned on the topic: "What has changed in Belarus since the adoption of Decree No. 8". Moderate the panel will be crypto-economist Yevgeniy Romanenko.

The conference will also feature stands of manufacturers of equipment for mining, consultants to promote ICO projects and developers of block-platforms.
