IEO market in 2019 – results of projects launched at Binance, Kucoin, Huobi

Despite the fact that the attitude to the initial exchange offers (IEO) were ambiguous from the very beginning, there is no doubt that this unique method of raising funds came for a long time.

IEOs operate mainly in secondary markets ( crypto-counters ), with the result that many of the tokens presented soared in price.

The term IEO quickly attracted the attention of crypto-enthusiasts around the world, just look at the active discussion of these topics in Reddit and Telegram-channels. However, the history of the first IEO can be traced back in 2017.

It should be noted that recently, several IEOs were held on crypto platforms, such as Binance , Kucoin and Huobi , which were met with great enthusiasm by customers. Now these offers are replicated so quickly that it becomes more and more difficult to track them.

IEO facts worth paying attention to :

• Due to the fact that IEO has recently gained popularity, the total number of completed sales is quite small (especially compared to other methods of STO , ICO , etc.);
• Currently Binance has the most IEO;
• Kamari's IEO (KAM), Huobi Prime and Global Trading System showed a 5x profit. At the same time, Bittrex Intl had to cancel the first IEO due to force majeure (however, the next sale took just 10 seconds).
