The EOS blockbuster developers presented the EOSWebWallet.io web wallet. It is available for work with personal computers and mobile devices and does not require installation.
The wallet allows you to send any tokens, interact with smart contracts and block EOS by calling actions.
To ensure high security of user facilities and protection against hackers, developers store only the HTML and JavaScript version of the purse on the EOSWebWallet.io server. In this case, transactions are signed by the user's browser, without sending personal data and private keys to a third-party server.
"The classic types of attacks and vulnerabilities that hackers use are useless in this case ," the developers say.
Other features of the wallet :
- the ability to view information about any EOS network account;
- You can create rules for managing account settings;
- support for smart contracts and actions in the EOS blockhouse;
- Integration with browser plug-ins and user keys;
- there is no need to enter user keys on each page;
- the wallet does not receive or store information about users;
- There is an opportunity to work with both mainnet and Jungle test network.
In the future, integration with Ledger Wallet and other hardware wallets is expected.
