Ethereum (ETH) has reached the level of 50 million unique addresses

Many cryptocurrency media and investors call this season “crypto-winter”, especially when compared to the fact that last year Bitcoin, Ethereum and other altcoins rose to a record level.  

However, this does not mean that people have become less interested in the world of cryptocurrency than ever. Now Ethereum has actually reached a key milestone, in particular, the ETH has reached 50 million unique addresses. This means that since May 2018, about 100,000 new unique ETH addresses have been added daily.

There are famous people who believe that Ethereum may even have more long-term potential than Bitcoin.  

For example, influential technical figure Eric Schmidt stated the following:  

I think the most interesting thing about what is happening is the beginning of using blockchain as a base. And the features and capabilities of Ethereum are the most obvious example of this. If Ethereum can find a way to global synchronize its activities, it will become a very powerful platform. This is a truly innovative invention.

Currently, the price of ETH is $ 86.7. If we take into account that the maximum price of Ethereum exceeded $ 1,400, now ETH is trading at a price of less than 10% of the record level.
