Swiss FINTECH Holding PrepayWay AG will hold IEO

Fintech-Holding PrepayWay AG announced an IEO after the end of the first sale of InBIT tokens. This is reported in the official release of the company.

“We are currently negotiating with several cryptocurrency exchanges to select a partner and jointly conduct an InBIT IEO token ,” said company representatives.

IEO involves an immediate listing of tokens on the exchange. Among the successfully completed initial exchange offers are the Paytomat, VeriBlock and MultiVAC projects. The tokens within these IEOs were sold out within a few minutes.

The InBIT token is required to access the PrepayWay blockchain-ecosystem services. It is used to remotely enter into contracts, make payments, and resolve disputes. In addition, the token is used to access the Elleeo international crowding site.

The starting price for 1 InBIT on the upcoming IEO is € 0.01. During the pre-sale participants receive a discount of 70% of the base price, that is, 1 InBIT can be purchased for € 0.03. One participant can purchase tokens worth no more than € 300. In the round of pre-sale can take part no more than 1 thousand people.

PrepayWay AG develops a platform for the remote conclusion of contracts, international settlements through its own payment gateway and arbitration based on smart contracts. Transactions can be made in Fiat and cryptocurrencies.
