PrivatBank put up real estate for 5.6 million hryvnia

PrivatBank, the largest bank in Ukraine, offered for sale lease rights for 17 real estate objects in the city of Dnepr through the Blockchain technology-based electronic trading system for arrested property (SETAM). About this reports Gromadske.

The total cost of premises is more than 5.61 million hryvnia. The lease term is from one to three years.

According to Victor Vishnev, Director of SETAM, PrivatBank previously sold 54 lots, mainly real estate in Kiev and the Dnieper, in the amount of 30 million hryvnias as part of cooperation with their platform.

Recall, launched in September 2017, the auction of CETAM as of December 2018 held a bid for 3.2 billion hryvnia.
