Swiss Bank Launches Custody Service for Bitcoin and Ethereum

Arab Bank Switzerland offered its customers storage and trading services for Bitcoin and Ethereum.

According to a press release , the launch of the service was a response to the growing demand from mostly young bank customers. The latter seek to diversify their investment portfolios with a new asset class.

The service was implemented in partnership with the fintech company Taurus Group. The company integrated its solution for the cold storage of digital currencies TAURUS PROTECT into the bank’s infrastructure.

Recall, previously leading Swiss private bank Julius Baer said that he would begin to provide services in the field of digital assets.
