The resident of the Belarusian High-Tech Park sells a mansion in the village of Tarasovo for 250 BTC ($ 1.6 million at the rate at the time of publication). The area of the house is 600 sq.m., writes REALTY.TUT.BY.

Inside the mansion are three bedrooms, a children's room, a library, an office, a kitchen with a dining room, a billiard room, a fireplace and four bathrooms.

On the adjacent plot of 25 hectares are houses for guests and security, a two-level winter garden, a waterfall, laundry, a garage for two cars and a cold store.

According to the publication, the mansion is on sale for more than two years, but the owner indicated the price in the crypto currency only now, after the reconstruction.

"In the real sector of money today is not so much, and legal – even less. Quite calmly go to this deal, because he is connected with the digital economy and own a crypto currency, " – said the owner of the mansion Alex.

The announcement caused a stir among buyers, most of the questions they ask about the legal registration of the transaction. In turn, Alexei promises to attract professional lawyers to the deal.

Recall, in June it became known that Father Paris Hilton put up for sale a Roman mansion of the XVI century through the blockbuster auction Propy.
