“The service went so much to the users that they started building an economy around it: people exchange money for real money, pay each other for advertising records, use them as domestic currency in their own bots and play in communities. My personal messages are constantly written with thanks and cute stories … ” , said Ivan Gusev, head of the VK Coin project.
Now the game has additional features: new “accelerations” in the form of virtual items, giving the opportunity to receive VK automatically. For example, a currency is charged for creating an account in VK Pay, after identifying it and getting expanded status.
In addition, starting from April 5, a “Store” will be launched in the VK application, where you can exchange coins for partner offers – discount coupons.
Recall that at the end of last year it became known that another social network – Facebook is working on creating its own cryptocurrency , which will allow users to make money transfers to WhatsApp. According to media reports, the company is in talks with cryptobirths about the listing of a new steylcoin, and some experts estimate its launch at $ 3-19 billion in additional profits in the next two years.
