    According to Bitcoin Visuals , the volume of transactions on the Bitcoin network reached the end of November 2017.

    Then, just a month before the historical maximum, the first cryptocurrency was trading above $ 8,000.

    In November 2017, as well as at present, the Bitcoin network processed about 330 thousand transactions a day:

    Despite the increase in blockchain activity, the share of SegWit transactions is gradually decreasing (green line). The share of such transactions in the total volume is now at 35%, which roughly corresponds to the figures for the beginning of May last year.

    The average commission for a bitcoin transaction is now $ 0.12. In November, this figure was at $ 10, and when Bitcoin was near the price maximum at $ 20,000, the size of the transaction commission reached $ 50.
