The specifications for derivatives state that the size of both contracts is 10 USD, leverage is available up to 40x. The difference is only in the minimum price step, which in ETC is less than 10 times.

The peculiarities of perpetual swaps are the lack of expiration date and the ability to open both long and short positions using leverage.
