Note that the developers of Samourai Wallet will create special software for Dojo on top of the main client Bitcoin Core. In addition, as soon as Samourai Wallet adds support for the Lightning Network, Dojo owners will only need to install a patch, rather than purchase an additional Lightning node. Nevertheless, the creators of the exact release date of the new product have not yet decided.
Samourai Wallet was one of the first to add support for the Segregated Witness (SegWit) protocol, implementing native bech32 addresses.
