Coinbase, the largest exchange in partnership with the PayPal payment platform, now provides instant and free withdrawals for US customers. This means that customers can transfer crypto balances from their Coinbase accounts to PayPal accounts for free.
Project Manager Allen Osgood commented on this event on the Coinbase blog:
These translations are not only very fast, but also free. Now transfer your cryptocurrency to cash easier and more affordable than ever.
Recall that previously, ACH (Automatic Clearing Center) or a federal bank account was required to withdraw funds from a Coinbase account, and transactions could take up to two business days.
Although the new Coinbase service is currently available only in the United States of America, the exchange plans to deploy it in other countries over the next year.
